Fetch Media Tools Limited — End User License Agreement (EULA)
By installing, copying, or using software provided by Fetch Media Tools Limited (“Fetch Media Tools”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
Per-Machine License: For paid software, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single machine per license.
Future license mechanisms may allow additional deployment options; these will be described in updated licensing terms when available.
Perpetual Version-Based License: Licenses are perpetual for the specific major version of the software for which the license was issued. For example, all version 1.x releases are covered by a single license; version 2.x and later require a separate license.
Transfers: Licenses may be transferred to another machine provided the software is deactivated on the original machine. If you cannot deactivate automatically, a manual deactivation request to Fetch Media Tools support is required.
Free Software for Personal Use: Some software (for example, Dolly) is provided free of charge. Unless we state otherwise, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use free software for personal, non-commercial use only.
Using free software in a commercial setting, including in a business, facility, post-production house, broadcaster, or on behalf of a client, or for work you are paid for, requires a commercial license from Fetch Media Tools Limited. Contact us to obtain one. Commercial licenses may be subject to additional terms.

All rights, title, and interest in the software, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain with Fetch Media Tools Limited. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.
No media files, logs, or usage analytics are collected without your consent.
The software is provided “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fetch Media Tools does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Software that changes files: Some software (for example, Togo and Dolly) renames, moves, modifies, or deletes files, including media, project, cache, database, and settings files. You are responsible for keeping adequate backups of your media, projects, and settings before using it. Any backup, rollback, or undo features are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed to preserve or restore your data.

You assume responsibility for your use of the software and your local environment.
Liability we do not exclude: Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers: If you are a consumer, nothing in this EULA affects your statutory rights.

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Businesses: any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Consumers: if you live in the UK, you may bring proceedings in England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. If you live elsewhere, this choice of law does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home country where local law allows.
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional licensing terms provided by Fetch Media Tools, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fetch Media Tools Limited regarding the software.
